This site collects only what you choose to send us, and uses it only to reply.
ravken.ca has three forms: a contact form, a careers expression of interest, and a subcontractor and supplier registration. Each collects the details you type into it — typically a name, an organization, an email address, a phone number and a message. Community or Nation affiliation and business ownership are optional fields; leave them blank if you prefer.
Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, a form-handling service, to Ravken's Google Workspace mailboxes (careers submissions to careers@ravken.ca). Formspree retains a copy of each submission under its own privacy policy; Ravken keeps the delivered email. We do not share submissions with anyone else or use them for marketing.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and images are served from ravken.ca itself.
Expressions of interest are kept for up to 12 months so we can contact you when a matching position opens, and deleted sooner on request.
You can reach us at info@ravken.ca to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted.
