Every project already has a team. Here is what we add to it.
Independent technical review of proponent applications, environmental assessments and permit submissions, in plain language your leadership can act on. Referrals support. Nation-side monitoring of a proponent's performance against permit and certificate conditions. Design and delivery of monitor and guardian programs staffed by your own members, with the training and field hours to carry them forward. The data we collect on your territory is yours.

Ravken builds capacity inside the membership. We hire, train and mentor Nation members on our crews, and we subcontract to Nation-owned businesses wherever the scope allows. The aim is that more of the environmental work on your territory is done by your own people, with the certifications and field hours to carry it forward.
Talk to us about capacity-building agreements, member hiring targets and subcontracting to Nation-owned businesses.
We provide local field capacity, Indigenous content and territory knowledge under your qualified professional. When a scope needs depth we don't carry in-house, we bring partners in rather than stretch. Teaming is how we grow, and we bring the same approach to your bids as to our own.
Ask about teaming on bids, field capacity under your QP, and Indigenous content for your proposals.
We work inside your environmental management system, your safety program and your reporting cadence. Our crews arrive with the training and equipment your site requires, and our job is to make the environmental side of your spread easier to run, not different.
Send us your environmental and safety onboarding package — we will show you how we fit.
Environmental field capacity for the whole life of a mine — baseline studies and permitting support, construction and operations monitoring, water and effluent compliance, and reclamation — and qualified Indigenous content that counts toward your agreements with the Nations. Every scope is run by qualified staff under a Qualified Environmental Professional, inside your management systems.
